Key Service FAQs

  • General service requests will be logged and responded to within 24 hours. Where equipment is faulty the fault and appropriate course of action will be communicated in writing (email) within the initial 24 hour period along with an expected timeline of works. The general service rate for product outside of Warranty is $85.00/hr + Travel.

  • Each installation is priced to provide immediate onsite training to the designated manager or key system operator and any approved users who are available at the time of instruction. The initial installation includes installation of the client software on 2-4 access devices such as laptops, iPhone, iPad or Android devices.

  • Cornerstone’s Technology Partners are agents for all key equipment supplied. Parts and replacement units are held in stock. As such product and pricing continuity can be maintained relevant to international supply cost changes.

  • Cornerstone Security has a full health & safety policy covering all sections of work related to security installation and maintenance including Elevated Work Platforms, Fall Protection, Traffic Protection, Confined Space Entry, Tools, Ladders etc.

  • Cornerstone Security has $5,000,000.00 public liability insurance with Marsh Group through their agent ‘Insurance People’.
    A copy of the public liability certificate is available upon request.

  • Service personnel are contactable 24/7 via cellphone. In the event of an emergency a technician will reach site within 4 hours of notification. Where this lies outside of normal business hours the response rate is $120/hr + Travel.
